View Accrual Balances
This screen allows employees
to see the accrual policies that they are assigned to in the system, and
review the number of hours earned, used and available for each. To access
this screen, click on the [VIEW ACCRUAL BALANCES] icon in the Self
Service Menu to
the left of the screen.
The information on this
screen is as follows:
The Accrual Name column displays the accrual
policy that the employee is assigned to.
The
Earned column displays the total
number of hours that the employee has earned for this policy during the
current rollover period.
The
Used column displays the number
of hours for this policy that have been used by the employee.
The
Available column displays the
number of hours for this policy that are available
for use by the employee.
The information on this
screen is read-only. No hours information can be added or modified
in any way. |
