View Schedule
This section of the program
allows employees to view their schedule information. Schedules are created
by Supervisor or Administrator level TimeForce users, and cannot be created
or modified from this screen. To access this screen, click on the [VIEW
SCHEDULE] icon in the Self Service Menu
at the far left of the screen.
The Schedule screen is
shown in a table format, with each column representing a day of the week.
The range of displayed dates is shown in the header at the top of the
table. The column on the left-hand side of the screen displays the row
headers. Shift Start and End times and total number of scheduled
Hours are displayed as rows in
the table. Unscheduled
days are left blank.
Holiday hours that occur
on a scheduled day are displayed in grey. Absence hours that occur
on a scheduled day are displayed in red.
Click on the [PREVIOUS]
and [NEXT] icons to scroll through schedule dates.
This screen is intended
to display current employee schedule information only. All data is read-only and cannot be changed
or modified by the Employee Kiosk User. |
