Using Mass Hours and Absences
Note:
The following note applies
to employers who are using manually inserted Time Card hours totals only. Disregard this note when
daily hours are being determined by the punches on the employee's Time
Card.
In certain circumstances,
employers may wish to award their employees with both a manually inserted
hours total and a total of absences
hours for the same day.
By design, when absence
hours are entered for a day on the employee's Time Card, the regular hours
entry that has been manually inserted is overridden, and the absence total
is used.
In order for the system
to award both hours totals
to the employee, the absence hours must be inserted before the regular
hours total. |
