"Cannot Open Database Requested" Error When Opening TimeForce

Problem:

When logging into TimeForce, a "Page Cannot Be Displayed" screen opens with the following error:

Error Type:

Microsoft OLE DB Provider for SQL Server (0x80004005)

Cannot open database requested in login 'qqest'. Login fails.

/qqest/include/Security.asp, line 6

Solution:

The TimeForce database has not been properly installed, or "attached."  If you have Microsoft SQL Server 2000 installed on the same machine as TimeForce, you can attach the database through Microsoft SQL Server Enterprise Manager.  Otherwise, if you installed the Microsoft SQL Server Desktop Engine that came with TimeForce, you must contact Qqest Technical Support.
