Troubleshooting

The following topics walk you through troubleshooting common errors that may occur in the TimeForce system. These topics are broken up into three categories: "Database Issues," "Web Server Issues" and "Windows Configuration."

Note that the TimeForce system and its hardware/utilities use various ports for communication. You may need to open/forward the proper ports to ensure the systems ability to communicate with your time clocks, ClockLink, Live Lookup, etc. See TCP/IP Port Numbers for more information.
